How does man organize, construct, adapt a territory to his human necessities or at least to economic necessities? The milk industry, which have a strong impact on the Azorean landscape, is the structuring basis for the project.

MILK SHAKE is a critical view of that activity in which there are no “happy cows”, on bodily instrumentalization, inflation and economic reality.
