Rodrigo Gomes (Faro, 1991). Lives and works in Lisbon, and is currently doing his Master Degree in Multimedia Art at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. He studied Visual Arts – Sculpture at the University of Évora (2012-2015), and has a postgraduate degree in Art Sound from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon (2015-2016). Since 2014, Rodrigo Gomes has had collective and individual exhibitions in Portugal, such as at the Sonae Media Art Award – National Museum of Contemporary Art (2017), Galeria Quadrum(2017), Mostra (2017), Festival Múltiplo at Zaratan – Arte Contemporânea (2016), Soniferous at the University of Fine Arts in Lisbon(2016), and Utopia – Galeria T10 (2015). In 2017, won the Sonae Media Art Award. His work is in the MNAC collection, the Figueiredo Ribeiro collection and in other, private, collections.
